Pricing: Starting at $100 per guest. Project options are limited due to space and transportation constraints.
Travel Distance: We can travel up to 25 miles from the studio at no additional fee. Any distance beyond 25 miles will incur a $10 per-mile charge.
Artwork: Guests take home their creations safely boxed for drying. Once dry, apply the provided varnish for a glossy, protective finish. Resin not included for mobile events.

Discover the fun of fluid art—anywhere! Our mobile experience brings the creativity to you, with step-by-step guidance from our instructors. Choose your project, select your colors, and we’ll take care of everything else—from setup and supplies to cleanup. Each artwork includes a take-home box and varnish for a beautiful glossy finish once fully dry.
Service is included within a 25-mile radius of the studio. Travel beyond 25 miles is subject to a $10 per-mile fee. Project availability is limited due to space and transportation requirements.

TO KEEP YOUR VISIT SMOOTH & FUN, HERE ARE A FEW THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR CLASS
- Setup Time: Please allow our team to arrive 30–45 minutes early for setup. We’ll bring all materials and handle cleanup after the event.
- Space Requirements: A spacious, well-lit area (indoors or shaded outdoors) with tables and chairs is ideal. We’ll cover all surfaces to keep them protected.
- Registered Guests Only: To ensure a smooth experience and enough materials for everyone, only registered guests may participate in the painting activity.
- Late Starts: If your event begins late due to guest delays, we’ll do our best to accommodate, but session length may be adjusted to stay on schedule.
- Discounts: Mobile events may not be combined with other promotions, including Black Friday gift cards, Collector discounts, or other ongoing offers.
- Deposit Policy: Deposits for absent guests cannot be refunded, transferred, or combined for future use.
- Reservation Policy: All mobile event reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Family Policy: For everyone’s safety and comfort, we’re unable to accommodate infants or strollers during painting activities.
- Artwork Drying: Guests can take home their artwork in designated boxes to ensure safe drying.
- Varnish: A varnish will be provided for guests to apply once their artwork is fully dried. This shiny coating helps protect the piece and bring it to life. Please note: resin finishing is not included in mobile events.
- Comfort & Safety: Aprons are provided, but we recommend wearing clothing you don’t mind getting a little paint on and avoiding long sleeves for comfort.
