HOW DOES THE WAITLIST WORK?

If a class is full, you can put yourself on a waitlist. If a space becomes available before the class begins , all the guests on the list will be contacted via email with an offer to join the class. The waitlist is maintained on a first-come, first-serve basis.

NEED TO CANCEL?

Outside (48) hour window:
  • Guest will receive a full credit in the form of a gift card to be used towards any future class. Cancellations can be made by clicking “Cancel Booking” on the confirmation email. Deposits are non-refundable.
Inside the 48-hour window & outside the 24-hour window:
  • Guest will forfeit the full deposit amount without incurring additional fees. Cancellations must be made by texting Abstract Orlando at (689)-348-8239
Inside the 24-hour window
  • Guest will forfeit the full deposit amount and the credit card provided at the time of reservation will automatically be charged $20.00 per guest.

NEED TO RESCHEDULE?

Outside (48) hour window:
  • No rescheduling fee. Reschedules can be made by clicking “Change Booking” on the confirmation email.
Inside the 48-hour window & outside the 24-hour window:
  • Guest will incur a $10 per guest rescheduling fee and is not entitled to a gift card refund on the future rescheduled appointment.
Inside the 24-hour window:
  • Guest will incur a $15 per guest rescheduling fee and is not entitled to a gift card refund on the future rescheduled appointment.

HOW TO RESCHEDULE INSIDE THE (48) HOUR WINDOW?

Visit the website at www.AbstractOrlando.com to find a new day & time that is shown as available on the calendar. Once a new time and day has been found, text us at (689)-348-8239 the name on the reservation along with the new time & day. Once Rescheduling Fee payment is made, the guest will receive an email confirmation of the new booking information..

I’M FROM OUT OF TOWN. HOW SOON CAN I PICK UP MY ARTWORK?

Artwork can be picked up after 7 days. We offer an expedite service that allows guests to pickup their artworks in 48 hours for $10 per artwork

DO YOU SHIP?

We offer the very best shipping rates possible. $20 per artwork ($30 for 24″ by 36″ canvas)

HOW LONG DO YOU HOLD OUR ARTWORKS?

All artworks have a (30) day policy. If artworks are not picked up within (30) days of completion, they are donated to charity.

CAN WE BRING FOOD & BEVERAGES?

Outside food & beverages are not allowed in the studio. Soft drinks, beer and wine available for purchase in the studio.

CAN (2) PEOPLE WORK ON (1) PROJECT?

For guests to receive the full experience & staff to deliver the best service, (2) guests can not work on (1) project.

CAN CHILDREN ATTEND?

Children  8 years old and up are welcome. All children must be accompanied by an adult. No infants/stollers

HOW TO USE THE REMAINING BALANCE ON A GIFT CARD?

Redeem the amount left during your next visit to the studio—Even though it can be a really small sum, your gift card still makes the purchase price go down.
