HOW DOES THE WAITLIST WORK?

If a class reaches full capacity, you have the option to join a waitlist. In the event that a spot becomes available before the class commences, all waitlisted guests will receive an email notification, offering them the opportunity to secure a place in the class. The waitlist operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

I’M FROM OUT OF TOWN. HOW SOON CAN I PICK UP MY ARTWORK?

Artwork can be picked up after (7) days. We offer an expedited service that allows guests to pick up their artworks from our Ghost Studio in (72) hours for an additional fee of $10 per artwork.

DO YOU SHIP?

Yes, we provide competitive shipping rates.

  • $20 per artwork ($30 for a 24″x36″ canvas & 20” Teddy)
  • To Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska: $30 per artwork ($40 for a 24″x36″ canvas & 20” Teddy)

HOW LONG DO YOU HOLD OUR ARTWORKS?

All artworks have a (30)-day holding period. If artworks are not picked up within (30) days of completion, they are donated to charity.

CAN WE BRING FOOD & BEVERAGES?

Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the studio. However, we offer a selection of soft drinks, beer, and wine available for purchase.

CAN (2) PEOPLE WORK ON (1) PROJECT?

To ensure that guests receive the full experience and our staff can provide the best service, (2) guests cannot work on (1) project.

CAN CHILDREN ATTEND?

Children 8 years old and up are welcome. All children must be accompanied by an adult. To ensure seating together, please note that adults must have a reservation to sit with the child at the table. Each guest is responsible for choosing and carrying out their own project. It’s important to mention that two guests cannot collaborate on a single project. If the adult opts not to participate in art, a $20 observer fee is applicable & charged upon arrival. This allows the observer to be in the studio but requiring them to sit in the front seating area to avoid disrupting team members and other guests with reservations. No exceptions

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN FIT ON ONE TABLE?

To ensure a comfortable experience for both guests and team members, each table accommodates up to 2 guests. Parties with an odd number of guests will be seated at adjacent but separate tables. This policy is in place to optimize the available space and enhance everyone’s enjoyment.

DO I HAVE TO MAKE ART?

For guests who have made an online reservation, active participation in a project is required. If you prefer not to create art, an observer fee of $20 will be charged upon arrival. To maintain the quality of the experience for guests with reservations and our team members, observers are kindly asked to remain in designated seating near the entrance. This ensures a seamless and uninterrupted class experience for everyone involved.

CAN I BRING MY INFANT?

Infants and strollers are not permitted due to the hands-on nature of the class and the extremely limited space available.

HOW TO USE THE REMAINING BALANCE ON A GIFT CARD?

You can redeem the remaining balance during your next visit to the studio. Even if it’s a small amount, your gift card can still contribute towards reducing the purchase price.
