DO I NEED TO HAVE ANY PAINTING EXPERIENCE TO ATTEND A SESSION?

Not at all! Many of our guests are experiencing their very first art session ever—and that’s part of what makes it so special. We’ll guide you every step of the way, so all you have to do is show up, relax, and enjoy the process.

HOW LONG IS A TYPICAL SESSION? 

Sessions run about 60–75 minutes. We always leave a little room for creativity and conversation.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING WITH ME?

Just your imagination! We provide all the materials, aprons, and good vibes.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Art can get a little messy (in the best way). We provide aprons, but we suggest wearing something you wouldn’t mind getting a little paint on—just in case your masterpiece gets excited.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY ARTWORK AFTER THE SESSION? 

Because we finish your piece with a professional resin coat, it needs to stay with us to fully cure. Standard curing takes up to 7 days, but we do offer an expedited 72-hour option if you’re on a tighter timeline.

I’M FROM OUT OF TOWN. HOW SOON CAN I PICK UP MY ARTWORK?

Artwork can be picked up after (7) days. We offer an expedited service that allows guests to pick up their artworks in (72) hours for an additional fee of $10 per artwork.

DO YOU SHIP?

Yes, we offer competitive flat-rate shipping to make things easy. It’s $20 per artwork, or $30 for larger pieces like a 24″x36″ canvas or a 20” -30″ Teddy. We’ll make sure your art gets home safe and sound.

HOW LONG DO YOU HOLD OUR ARTWORKS?

All artworks have a (14)-day holding period. If artworks are not picked up within (14) days of completion, they are donated to charity.

CAN I WALK IN, OR DO I NEED A RESERVATION?

We do recommend booking ahead, especially on weekends. That said, if we have space, we’ll always do our best to accommodate walk-ins. Feel free to text us at 689-348-8239 to check last-minute availability.

CAN (2) GUESTS WORK ON (1) PROJECT?

To ensure that guests receive the full experience and our staff can provide the best service, (2) guests cannot work on (1) project.

DO I HAVE TO MAKE ART?

For guests who have made an online reservation, active participation in a project is required. If you prefer not to create art, observers are kindly asked to remain in designated seating in our loft. This ensures a seamless and uninterrupted class experience for everyone involved.

CAN CHILDREN ATTEND?

Children 6 years old and up are welcome.

IS THE ARTWORK SAFE TO HANG OUTDOORS?

While our pieces are coated in a protective resin, they’re not designed to withstand long-term outdoor exposure. Direct sunlight, moisture, and temperature changes can affect the artwork over time. For the best longevity, we recommend displaying them indoors or in a covered area away from the elements.

CAN I BRING MY INFANT?

Infants and strollers are not permitted due to the hands-on nature of the class and the extremely limited space available.

CAN WE BRING FOOD & BEVERAGES?

Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the studio. However, we offer a selection of soft drinks, beer, and wine available for purchase.

DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE PARTIES OR GROUP EVENTS?

Yes, and we absolutely love hosting them! From birthdays to team outings, we’ll help you craft something unforgettable. Just reach out and let’s start planning something special.

CAN I CREATE A CUSTOM PIECE WITHOUT ATTENDING A SESSION?

Definitely. If you live out of town or prefer us to create a one-of-a-kind piece for you, just text us anytime at 689-348-8239 your color palette and vision—we’ll handle the rest and ship it straight to your door.

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN FIT ON ONE TABLE?

To ensure a comfortable experience for both guests and team members, each table accommodates up to 4 guests.

HOW TO USE THE REMAINING BALANCE ON A GIFT CARD? 

You can redeem the remaining balance during your next visit to the studio. Even if it’s a small amount, your gift card can still contribute towards reducing the purchase price.

NEED TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE?

If more than 48 hours before your class:

  • Cancel: Receive a full credit as a gift card for future use.
  • Reschedule: No fee! Use the “Change Booking” link in your confirmation email.

If less than 48 hours before your class:

  • Cancel: Your deposit will be forfeited, but no additional fees apply. Please text us at (689)-348-8239 to cancel.
  • Reschedule: A $10 fee per guest applies.
    Check availability at www.AbstractOrlando.com.
    Text us at (689)-348-8239 with your reservation name and new preferred time.
    Once the fee is paid, we’ll confirm your updated booking.
