Mobile Event

Let us bring the magic of Abstract Orlando to your home or office!

Quick Details

Abstract Orlando Mobile is almost here! Gather your friends, family or work colleagues and let us bring the fun to you! Our mobile instructors bring all the paint materials to facilitate an hour of fun for you & your guests. No experience necessary.

The cost to host a mobile event is $100/guest. Minimum of (10) guests & maximum of (16) guests. Price covers all art materials, prep & clean time, resin coating, hardware, instructors fee, & travel distance & time up to 25 miles from Abstract Orlando. (Additional Travel fee of $10/mile for destinations beyond 25 miles of Abstract Orlando)

Each guest can select (1) project from the Mobile Event Menu and (1) palette from the Palette Recommendation Menu. Add-Ons can be chosen during the time of the event. At the end of the event, we load up the paintings in the “Art Mobile”, and take them to the studio to receive a fresh coat of resin. Artworks will be ready for delivery (72) hours after event.

PREPARATIONS:

Mobile paint parties can get messy. This makes choosing a party location that can either accommodate the mess, or provides easy cleanup. Please insure that you have a suitable place for possible spills and splashing of paint with access to a sink.

Abstract Orlando is not liable for any damages to the facility or participants, including furnishings, clothing, flooring, walls etc. We take all safety precautions to protect your space with plastic table covers, tarps and aprons.

REQUIREMENTS

Event location needs to have an open space (inside or outside- weather permitting) that includes enough space for each guest to stand at a table (tables are provided by Abstract Orlando).

Our instructors need to arrive 60 min early to set-up and stay 60 min after to load paintings in the van & clean-up.

Parking for our staff to bring in supplies and set up.

A site survey may be necessary for large groups. In some cases, a video or pictures of the facility or location may suffice.
