EXPEDITE PICK-UP

Collectors’ artworks are promptly ready for pickup within 72 hours of completion, allowing you to cherish your masterpiece sooner.

FREE PUNCH CARD

Collectors receive a complimentary punch card to track their visits. Upon the 5th visit, a Golden Ticket is awarded.

TERMS & POLICY

  • Each Abstract Orlando Collector (individually, a “member ”) MUST BE PRESENT  for the scheduled class with a valid ID. To join a class, both a reservation and valid membership are required. Reservations are subject to availability and applicable blockout dates. Collectors are not guarantee class admission, especially during high attendance periods. It may be difficult for Collectors to make class reservations to visit on certain dates or times.
  • Class capacity may be limited from time to time due to various reasons including, but not limited to, Acts of God, governmental direction or guidance from health experts. Some Collectors benefits and features may not be available during periods of limited capacity. Also, class experiences and offerings may be modified and are subject to limited availability or even closure.
  • A Collector must present a valid Membership Gold Card and valid photo identification prior to purchases to receive any applicable benefits and discounts. Benefits and discounts are nontransferable beyond the “Plus One” accompanying the Collector and may not be combined with any other offer or promotion. Such benefits and discounts are for personal use only and may not be used for any commercial purpose including, without limitation, to obtain or purchase items or services with the intent to resell such items or services.
  • Collectors are allowed to book (2) spots for a certain class time. (1) spot for the Collector and (1) spot for the Collector’s ‘Plus One’ (Guest). $25 deposit per guest is required to book your session. The deposit will be subtracted from any (1) project + 25% off.  The guest will be allowed to share the benefits of the Collector. Membership benefits does not apply beyond the ‘Plus One’ present. The Collector’s “Plus One” must also have a valid reservation. Collectors are not expected to book (1) spot for themselves and be accompanied by a “Plus One” without a valid reservation. Admission will NOT be offered to the “Plus One”.
  • Collectors may NOT use or share their booking code to schedule a class for other guests. In doing so, the Collector will forfeit their membership without a refund.
  • Class size can not exceed (18) Guests. In the case of the class reaching capacity, the Collector will have to find another day and time that has availability.
  • The Collector’s code will ONLY work to book a class through the “Fluid Art” page on Abstract Orlando’s website.
  • If a Collector’s Gold Card is lost or stolen, the Collector is asked to report the situation immediately to Abstract Orlando via text. A replacement will be issued in the amount of $10.
  • Automatic Renewal: After your initial one year term, your membership will NOT automatically renew. After your first renewal the term and rate may change. Before each renewal, we will send a reminder with the term and rate then in effect. If you do nothing, we will cancel the membership.
  • Admission to become an Abstract Orlando Collector is conducted online via Abstract Orlando’s website. Membership becomes official upon confirmation of payment for the first term of membership. Memberships are nonrefundable, nontransferable and remain the property of Abstract Orlando. Restrictions apply including, but not limited to, capacity constraints and other closures. Additionally, Memberships may not be used for commercial purposes and are void if altered or misused. A Collector must abide by all rules and regulations applicable to the Abstract Orlando company. Abstract Orlando reserves the right to cancel, suspend or revoke any Membership or deny class admission to any Collector at any time for any reason.
