We create immersive abstract art experiences where guests are invited to let go, explore creativity, and feel fully supported in the process. As an Experience Host, you are the emotional anchor of the studio. The way you welcome, guide, and care for our guests shapes how they remember their time with us.

What This Role Is About

This role is centered on presence, awareness, and human connection. You are responsible for creating an environment where guests feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely cared for — many of whom are stepping outside their comfort zone for the first time.

Who You Are

You’re a natural host who understands that hospitality is about how people feel, not just what they do. You’re observant, emotionally aware, and take pride in showing up fully for others.

You may thrive in this role if you:

  • Have strong hospitality or guest experience instincts

  • Are confident, warm, and people-focused

  • Pay close attention to detail and atmosphere

  • Value meaningful interactions over volume

  • Take ownership of the guest experience from start to finish

This Role Is Not a Fit If

  • You view hospitality as transactional or surface-level

  • You prefer minimal guest interaction

  • You’re uncomfortable holding space for others
