Your appointment is very important to us and it is reserved especially for you. We realize that there can be some unexpected things that can come up in our lives. While truly sympathetic, when a guest cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another guest from the experience. In fairness to all guests, this policy is in effect regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
Abstract Orlando has a (7) day cancellation/rescheduling policy for Private Events.
Cancellation:
- Outside (7) day window:
If a guest cancels an appointment outside the (7) day window of their scheduled class time, the guest will receive a full credit in the form of a gift card to be used towards any future class. Even though deposits cannot be refunded, the good news is they do not expire if you haven’t used them.
- Cancellations can be made by clicking “Cancel Booking” on the confirmation email. Tickets purchased outside of Abstract Orlando’s website are non-refundable.
- Inside the (7) day window:
If a guest cancels an appointment inside the (7) day window of their scheduled class, the guest will forfeit the full deposit amount.
Reschedule:
- Outside (7) day window:
If a guest reschedules an appointment outside the (7) day window of their scheduled class time there is no rescheduling fee.
- Reschedules can be made by clicking “Change Booking” on the confirmation email.
- Inside the (7) day window:
If a guest reschedules an appointment inside the (7) day window of their scheduled class, the guest is subjected to a $100 Rescheduling Fee and is not entitled to a refund on the future rescheduled appointment.
How to reschedule inside the (7) day window?
Visit the website at www.AbstractOrlando.com to find a new day & time that is shown as available on the calendar. Once a new time and day has been found, text us at (689)-348-8239 the name on the reservation along with the new time & day. Once Rescheduling Fee payment is made, the guest will receive an email confirmation of the new booking information.
No-Show:
- A “No-Show” is someone who misses a scheduled appointment without canceling or rescheduling (7) days in advance of their scheduled class time. “No-shows” will forfeit the full deposit amount.
Late
- If a guest arrives 10 minutes or later to the scheduled class time, the guest will NOT be admitted into the class & will forfeit the full deposit amount.
Important facts:
- A guest CAN NOT use an extra ticket towards their canvas option. A deposit is ONLY to reserve a seat.
- If guests from your party can not attend the class, their deposits can not be used towards a future credit or canvas option.
- (1) Deposit can only be applied to (1) Project
- (2) Guests can not work on (1) Project.
- Each guest is required to have a reservation.
- We do not accept walk-ins. Seats are not set aside for unregistered guests. Observers will be charged a $20 admission fee to be in the studio.
- No infants/strollers
- Abstract Orlando has a (30) day hold policy. If paintings are not picked up within (30) days, the artwork is donated to charity.
- 18% automatic gratuity will be applied to groups of (6) or more.
