Your appointment is of utmost importance to us, and it is specifically reserved for you. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise in our lives. While we genuinely empathize, when a guest cancels without providing sufficient notice, it deprives another guest of the opportunity to partake in the experience. In consideration of all guests, this policy is in effect regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

Fluid Art Class

(24) hour & (48) hour cancellation & reschedule policy

For guests who miss a scheduled appointment without canceling or rescheduling, no-shows will result in forfeiting the full deposit amount. Additionally, the credit card provided at the time of reservation will be automatically charged $20.00 per guest.
If a guest arrives 10 minutes or later to the scheduled class time, they will not be admitted into the class. In such cases, the guest will forfeit the full deposit amount, and the credit card provided at the time of reservation will automatically be charged $20.00 per guest.
Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation, the guest will receive a full credit in the form of a gift card, which can be utilized towards any future class. Cancellations are facilitated by clicking “Cancel Booking” on the confirmation email. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

Reschedule: There is no rescheduling fee. Rescheduling can be accomplished by clicking “Change Booking” on the confirmation email.
Cancellation: If a cancellation occurs, the guest will forfeit the full deposit amount without incurring additional fees. Cancellations must be communicated by texting Abstract Orlando at (689)-348-8239.

Reschedule: In the case of a reschedule, the guest will incur a $10 per guest rescheduling fee and will not be entitled to a gift card refund for the future rescheduled appointment.
Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation, the guest will forfeit the full deposit amount. Additionally, the credit card provided at the time of reservation will be automatically charged $20.00 per guest.

Reschedule: For rescheduling, guests will incur a $15 per guest rescheduling fee and will not be entitled to a gift card refund for the future rescheduled appointment.
To reschedule within the (48) hour window, please follow these steps:
1. Visit the website at www.AbstractOrlando.com to find an available day and time displayed as open on the calendar.
2. Once you identify a suitable time, text us at (689)-348-8239 with the name on the reservation and the details of the new time and day.
3. After making the Rescheduling Fee payment, you will receive an email confirmation with the updated booking information.

Private Event

(7) day cancellation & reschedule policy

A guest who misses a scheduled appointment without canceling or rescheduling at least (7) days in advance of their scheduled class time will forfeit the full deposit amount.
If a guest arrives 10 minutes or later to the scheduled class time, the guest will not be admitted into the class and will forfeit the full deposit amount.
Cancellation: In case of cancellation, the guest will receive a full credit in the form of a gift card for use in any future class. Cancellations can be processed by clicking “Cancel Booking” on the confirmation email. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

Reschedule: No rescheduling fee is applicable. Reschedules can be made by clicking “Change Booking” on the confirmation email.
Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation, the guest will forfeit the full deposit amount.

Reschedule: For rescheduling, the guest will incur a $100 rescheduling fee and will not be entitled to a refund on the future rescheduled appointment.

Arrival Guidelines:

Please be 15 minutes early.
Upon entering, our team will assist with check-in and seating.
Only registered guests can attend the class. Unregistered guests are not allowed to occupy seating at the table.
Observers are subject to a $20 observer fee, payable exclusively in-studio upon arrival. Guests with reservations are expected to actively engage in their own projects. Please be mindful that observers are permitted in the studio but are required to sit in the designated seating area by the entrance. This arrangement ensures a smooth experience for both team members and other guests.
Guests arriving 10+ minutes late face a $20 no-show fee and won’t be admitted.
Unattended deposits for absent party members can’t be combined or used later; they will be forfeited.
(2) guests cannot collaborate on (1) project.
Reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No infants/strollers.
Groups of (6) or more have an 18% automatic gratuity.
We are cashless, accepting only Contactless Payments for safety.
Abstract Orlando is in a shopping plaza; early arrival ensures parking.
Aprons are provided; long sleeves are discouraged for convenience.
